bought this to oven bake french fries...works great...fries are nice & crispy...30 minutes @ 350*, no matter what the package says...fries do not stick to this surface & pour out quite nicely...great product
Crisper Pan
I like having this in the kitchen. It does crisp up prepared foods quickly. Adjust heat to keep from burning foods. The holes are the key to allowing hot air to circulate. Some in family object to crumbs falling through, I rest it on a smaller cookie sheet to collect crumbs, but still allow air flow. Others put cookie sheet or foil on rack below where pan is set. Easy to clean and reuse.
Non-stick Backware
HIGHLY recommend Anolon Bakeware! Purchased this Crisper to go with my new cookware set. I then bought more Anolon bakeware to complete my set. This is BEST bakeware I have ever owned :)
