High quality construction
It defintely is commerical in quality. Very thick cookie sheet. Easy to clean, non-stick coating and seems as though it will not warp. Cooks very evenly too! Would buy again.

The only cookie sheet I own
This is the only type of cookie sheet I own. They are heavy, heavy duty, conduct heat well, and clean up easily. They are NOT dishwasher safe, no matter what the instructions say...the heat of the dishwater, and the citric acid in some dishwasher detergents, destroy this as well as any other type of baking sheet. The sides are high enough to catch drippings and to prevent things from sliding off as you move the loaded cookie sheet around. Warp resistant, and large enough for any job I need done. Love this product, two thumbs up.They are the most "borrowed and not returned" items in my kitchen, all of my kids have their own sheets, lol :o)
