Large well made pot
I was looking for a suitable replacement for my old dutch oven. I already have a Henckels frying pan that I love so I decided to try it out. Well, it worked just as well as the pan I have. It is made of stainless steel that has plenty of heft and it seems to heat evenly, even when it is off center on the burner. It has with sturdy riveted handles and a close fitting glass lid. The wide flat bottom can saute plenty without overcrowding. it is truly nonstick as the stickiest messes come up with minimal effort.
slow cooking fun
I made a chicken cacciatore in this that was absolutely the best. Very easy cleanup and the clear lid is quite handy.
Great pot.
Haven't made chili in it yet but so far nothing has stuck and its size is just what I needed.
