So happy with this pan!
These pans are the best. I have made cakes that got stuck in the pans before and always gotten them out, but I was not expecting the nonstick to work this well. I was worried the cake would get stuck around the top point and not come out with a nice sharp edge, but it was perfect. I also thought the wide lip might make it awkward to hold, but it actually really helped me because I could literally lift off the pan from the cake with one hand. I bought two to make a layer cake for valentine's day. I put a little butter and flour inside (not even sure you would need to), and the cakes slid out leaving nothing behind and no tears! The cake came out gorgeous :)
Hit the Heart
This is a perfect gift. Pan works GREAT. I bought it for my Grand daughter who was born on Valentine's Day. This year she was three with a purple cake. The pan makes the day special.
