Not worth the $$$
I bought this set because I own several pieces of their Infinite line. Infinite is heavier, has thicker sides, a heavier nonstick coating and they have metal lids, this is everything that the Premier Professional line is not. I am not fond of glass lids, but I figured it might be time to adjust since this set seemed so attractive- almost every piece I desired, I wish that I hadn't caved because they are this set's weakest link. The metal that encircles the lid is not impressive at all, and worst of all there is a gap between it and the glass that captures water and you can never get it all out. I have to wonder if trapped moisture isn't one reason these type of lids shatter. As I said, they are also light, and the material at the sides is thin, if not for the weight of the disk on the bottom these would feel like pans you could buy at the dollar store. But hey, I can see how that might be attractive for people looking for lighter cookware. IMO, I don't think this set will last as long...
Love it
Wonderful set of pans, the thick bottoms ensure even cooking and clean so easily. Just wish the handles didn't get so hot, especially on the pots.
