great product
My husband and I love this roasting rack. He can bake two chickens at once on it, with so little mess because of the reservoir. We've since bought two more as gifts for a family member and a friend. The reservoir and channel can be separated from the rest of the rack for easy cleaning. Highly recommend.
Just OK
I was very happy with the way the grill held my roast. Browned all around nicely.
The downfall, I did not put wedge under the side of the pan without the drip box. Because, it dripped out the non catch side. I guess the non drip should have been higher.
NOT non-stick, otherwise good
This item claims to be nonstick, but it is not. It is enameled (or something like that) but requires a good deal of scrubbing to come clean, even after soaking in water.
Aside from that, it is a good product, and the juice reservoir is useful, even when used in an oven with a pan underneath the whole thing.
