Excellent double boiler
Just used this for the first time. I make yogurt and have been rigging a double boiler for 30+ years. Decided it was time for a proper one and I am glad that I did. Excellent build quality and works a charm. I am going to really enjoy making yogurt much more, and I have some other ideas for it also. :)
Nice quality
This is a nice set of cookware that I use on a regular basis. It is a bit more light weight than I would have thought but certainly does the job.
